HYDROACCUMULATORS (HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATORS)

The ACSL type bladder hydroaccumulators are used mainly to damp pulsation in the circuit, to damp vibrations in the vehicle suspension or to accumulate the hydraulic liquid pressure energy. The ACSL bladder hydroaccumulators, made up of a shell in high resistance steel, cannot be disassembled and are equipped with the elastomer bladder which serves as a fluid-gas separator. Technikal specification: nitrogen volume - 0,7 to 2,5 l, maximum pressure up to  210 bar, typical operating fliud- hydraulic oley.

The ACS bladder hydroaccumulators, made up of a shell in high resistance steel, cannot be disassembled and are equipped with the elastomer bladder which serves as a fluid-gas separator. The typical operating fluid is hydraulic oil but in the special versions it could be also water or gas oil. There are two versions of gas charging available: with a screw and a valve.Technikal specification: nitrogen volume - 0,7 to 4 l, maximum pressure up to  330 bar, typical operating fliud- hydraulic oley.

The ABVE type bladder hydroaccumulators with regard to their big capacity are used mainly to accumulate the hydraulic fluid pressure energy in systems with big difference in demand for the pump efficiency. The ABVE bladder hydroaccumulators, made up of a shell in high resistance steel, cannot be disassembled and are equipped with the elastomer bladder which serves as a fluid-gas separator. The typical operating fluid is hydraulic oil. Gas charging available only with a valve.Technikal specification: nitrogen volume - 4 to 50 l, maximum pressure up to  330 bar, typical operating fliud- hydraulic oley.

The diaphragm (spherical) hydroaccumulators are used mainly to damp different types of pulsation in the hydraulic system. They consist of two hemispherical shells, made up of unalloyed steel, which being screwed together support a diaphragm. In the middle of the diaphragm, there is a metal screw which closes the operation orifice when the fluid has been completely discharged, totally excluding the danger of diaphragm damage. The AS, AF and AC type hydroaccumulatora are available (on request) with an anti-corrosion coating of the ARCOR type. Gas charging available only with a valve.
